JOB DESCRIPTION

We at Caffetteria del corso are now looking for a Café Manager who wants to contribute to a well-functioning business and a good working environment!

As Café Manager, you have overall responsibility for the espresso bar, which includes sales, results, work environment, food safety, cleanliness and staff responsibility. Most of the job is serving clients at the espresso bar, which is why it is important that you are a person who loves to meet new people and create a positive atmosphere. You should also enjoy working in a fast pace, be thorough and responsible. Since the espresso bar has many international customers, it is important that you communicate in many different languages.

As a Café Manager, you will also help the owner to handle ongoing accounting work such as certifying and posting invoices, inventory, inventory, supplier contacts, scheduling of work shifts, etc.

We are looking for a person who is:

• Fluent in Italian, English and Albanian (both spoken and written)
• Has previous experience from café/restaurant and espresso machine
• Takes initiative and is motivated to work in a fast pace
• Is driven by working with people and value community and cooperation
• Has had personnel responsibilities
• Has experience from ongoing accounting work and knowledge in analyzing and influencing financial results
• Has experience in sales and service, preferably in a leading position
• Has good administrative skills and preferably programs such as Office365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Is flexible and can work irregular hours

THE JOB

The position is a permanent position with varying shifts based on our opening hours. We are open almost every day of the year.
